 here are the boundaries between visual art and life? With artists increasi
 ngly working with everyday\, non-traditional materials\, displaying art wo
 rk in diverse and unusual places\, and making work in unexpected ways\, th
 e categories that define a work of art are in question. Using the Shepard 
 Fairey: Supply & Demand exhibition to stimulate discussion\, this five-wee
 k course will address issues of process\, recontextualization and appropri
 ation. Randi Hopkins\, independent curator and educator\, will lead a prog
 ram of presentation\, conversations with artists and curators\, and discus
