 dents\, faculty\, staff\, and associates of Wellesley College and Brandeis
  University under the direction of conductor Neal Hampton. uniting the hig
 h standards of excellence associated with Wellesley and Brandeis\, the orc
 hestra is dedicated to bringing inspiring performances of the great orches
 tral literature\, both past and present\, to a new generation of musicians
  and audiences. The Wellesley College Choir has been a fundamental part of
  culture and tradition at Wellesley since its inception in 1900. Under the
  direction of Lisa Graham\, the Choir and Chamber singers perform music fr
 om the 13th to the 21st centuries\, and often collaborate with area ensemb
 les. The Brandeis-Wellesley orchestra and the Wellesley College Choir will
  present Carl Orff's famous Carmina Burana in an exciting collaboration be
 tween two of the largest student ensembles at Wellesley College. Based on 
 a collection of medieval poetry\, the lush and dramatic Carmina Burana\, p
 remiered in 1937\, is frequently used in film and advertisements today.\n
