 ies that are interwoven throughout the show.  Events ranging from his wife
 's struggle with tuberculosis and his own battle with cancer are juxtapose
 d with the creation story\, moments from his time teaching at Caltech\, an
 d scenes set at Los Alamos as work commences on the atomic bomb.  As the s
