 ions in Providence on this daylong excursion. We will start at the Rhode I
 sland School of Design's recently expanded museum\; explore Fleet Library 
 at RISD\, sampling its remarkable collection of artist's books\; and concl
 ude at Brown University's John Carter Brown Library\, with its outstanding
  collection of books\, maps\, and manuscripts relating to the colonial per
 iod of the Americas\, North and South.\n$170 (members $135). Fee includes 
 bus transportation\, admission\, lunch\, and all gratuities. Open to the p
 ublic.\nSpace is limited\, and advance registration is required. Members w
