 nd concert\, along with many unique pieces\, you'll also see and hear many
  talented guests. In addition to such classic band works as Chance's Symph
 ony No. 2 and Malcolm Arnold's Four Scottish Dances\, you will also hear t
 he world premiere of the MWS' latest commissioning project. Conductor Lewi
 s Buckley has written a piece\, Capriccio for Solo Trumpet and Tuba\, to h
 onor two important contributors to MWS' music-making over the years\, form
 er Assistant Conductor Robert Franzblau and current Associate Conductor Ja
 mes O'Dell.  Franzblau will conduct the work\, O'Dell will perform the tub
 a solo\, and Boston area trumpet virtuoso Joseph Foley will be the trumpet
  soloist. Finally\, students of the music educators in MWS will join us fo
 r the second half of the concert\, which will close with Respighi's immens
 ely powerful Pines of the Appian Way.\n\nStart time: 2 pm
