  state of Massachusetts\, the Boston Center for Adult Education (BCAE) kno
 ws that bidding on a casino is a risky bet to make. After all\, it could b
 e years before Massachusetts residents step into a casino on their own tur
 f.  As the premier\, local adult education center\, the BCAE strives to pr
 ovide classes that support the public's &ldquo\;emerging needs.&rdquo\; Wh
 ile &ldquo\;needs&rdquo\; is highly subjective\, the BCAE figured that the
 re's been enough legislation\, controversy and press to take matters into 
 their own hands. On Wednesday\, July 15th\, 2010 the BCAE is upping the an
 te and holding a one-session &ldquo\;Poker Tips and Whiskey Tasting&rdquo\
 ; class for those that are craving a little speak-easy fun.  From 6:00PM t
 o 9:00PM join Master Distiller Brad Jarvis and Pit-boss John Berube for a 
 special pairing of sips and chips. Learn how to hold 'em or fold 'em while
  you learn the difference between bourbon and scotch. Whether you're just 
 discovering the world of vice\, or are a self-proclaimed connoisseur\, you
