 rates with the BCAE to offer new parents this program incorporating develo
 pmental information\, food preparation\, tasty samples and take-home recip
 es from first bites to finger foods. Simple fruits\, local vegetables\, nu
 tritious grains and quality proteins will be prepared in a variety of ways
  depending on the age of your child. Take advantage of local produce and f
 armer's markets and learn to create a variety of colorful and appealing op
 tions to feed your growing infant or toddler. In this 2 hour workshop lear
 n the developmental stages of eating\, what foods and textures to introduc
 e by age and stage\, and signs of food allergies and sensitivities. Get ti
 ps to make mealtimes more enjoyable and less stressful\, with emphasis on 
 healthy choices from the family table and how to avoid creating a picky ea
