 to help celebrate the birth of their male offspring\, Hamisi\, during a sp
 ecial 1st birthday party at Franklin Park Zoo.    Hamisi's parents\, Beau 
 and Jana\, are both ranked very highly in terms of their importance to mai
 ntaining the genetic diversity of the North American captive Masai giraffe
  population. Hamisi was the third calf born to Beau and Jana. The giraffes
  make their home on the Giraffe Savannah at Franklin Park Zoo.  In honor o
 f the celebration\, Zoo visitors will enjoy complimentary ice cream sample
 s of J.P. Licks' limited-edition giraffe-themed flavor\, xx\, available at
  all J.P. Licks' locations for the month of July.  Guests are also welcome
  to enjoy a complimentary animal-themed yoga class for all ages\, led by i
 nstructor\, Katy O'Brien\, from Stil Studio at Dedham's Legacy Place\, spe
 cial zookeeper encounters throughout the day and the opportunity to sign a
