 M. and Constance H. Rebar Professor of the Humanities\, Colgate University
  and Author of The Burning Tigris: The Armenian Genocide and America's Res
 ponse-A History of International Human Rights and Forgotten Heroes. Dr. Ba
 lakian will speak of the significance of Faneuil Hall as the setting for t
