 c Festival will take place on Saturday\, August 7th\, from 3-7pm on City H
 all Plaza.    Formally known as the Peace Hip-Hop Festival\, the Boston Ur
 ban Music Festival will feature a full spectrum of urban music including P
 ittsburgh rapper Wiz Khalifa with his charismatic and hammering execution 
 of rhymes\, and former Harvard student turned producer/songwriter/singer R
 yan Leslie\, nominated last year as &ldquo\;Best New Artist&rdquo\; and &l
 dquo\;Best Male R&B&rdquo\; artist at the BET Awards.  The event kicks off
  with local flavor from Lynn lyricist M-Dot\, who recently clinched the ti
 tle of Best Hip-Hop Artist in the WFNX Boston 2010 Best Music Poll.  Quick
 ly becoming a force to be reckoned with\, M-Dot is a main stay of college 
 radio around the country.  This young trio of bonafide star power is sure 
 to deliver a show which will please every hip-Hop\, R&B\, Soul\, and Pop l
