 n.  40 Galleries from the United States and Europe will offer more than 3\
 ,000 original works of art at the 14th Annual Boston International Fine Ar
 t Show (BIFAS).  The show opens with a Gala Preview opening night to benef
 it Boston Symphony Orchestra.\n\nA number of special programs\, panel disc
 ussions and guest speakers are scheduled throughout the weekend show.  A s
 pecial program Friday evening November 19 at 7:00pm\, 'The Fine Art of Liv
 ing' features a panel of design experts who will share trade secrets on co
 llecting and displaying fine art in your home.  The evening program benefi
 ts 99.5 All Classical\, a service of WGBH. \n\nSaturday\, November 20 is '
 New Collectors' Night'\, a series of programs designed to introduce new co
 llectors to the world of fine art collecting.  Special guest speakers incl
 ude Peter Trippi\, Editor of Fine Art Connoisseur (3:00pm) and Joshua Rose
 \, Editor of American Art Collector (4:00pm).  Guest speakers will offer i
