 Reel Blues Fest presents a special tribute to legendary Delta Blues guitar
 ist David &ldquo\;Honeyboy&rdquo\; Edwards. This historic evening features
  a multi-generational group of blues\, rock\, hip-hop and jazz musicians w
 ho will honor the 95 year old\, one of the most revered of the early Delta
  bluesman and the last living link to Robert Johnson. This show bridges th
 e full musical spectrum tying in modern day hip-hop\, jazz and classic roc
 k to the music of the Delta where it all started.\n\nMusicians range from 
 age 16 to 95 and include such well-known performers as Aerosmith's Brad Wh
 itford\, the James Montgomery Band with David Hull from the Joe Perry Proj
 ect\, Barry Goodreau (formerly of the band Boston)\, Michael Carabello of 
 Santana and the Rolling Stones\, the Uptown Horns (horn section for the Ro
 lling Stones and James Brown)\, as well as some of the hottest rising star
 s such as hip-hop sensation Sammy Adams\, international jazz phenom Grace 
 Kelly\, and hot young guitarists Desiree Bassett and Graham Whitford.\n\nH
 oneyboy\, who at age 95 still maintains a heavy touring schedule\, is conn
 ected to almost every major blues legend\, including Howlin' Wolf\, Lightn
 in' Hopkins\, Muddy Waters\, Charlie Patton\, Big Joe Williams\, Rice 'Son
 ny Boy Williamson' Miller\, Peetie Wheatstraw\, Sunnyland Slim\, Big Walte
 r\, Little Walter and Magic Sam. He has influenced a lifetime of musicians
  and won numerous awards\, most recently a Grammy for Best Traditional Blu
