 00PM-9:00PM for &ldquo\;Spuntini: Small Bites\,&rdquo\; a crash course on 
 making these small-bite delights.  \n\nChef Bettencourt will teach student
 s how to make dishes such as: arborio rice fritters with mozzarella over t
 omato and basil confit\, braised pork belly with cider agrodolce and spicy
  red cabbage salad\, and polpette (southern Italian meatballs). By the end
  of this class students will know how to make an array of dishes that will
  satisfy everyone from that nitpicking Aunt\, to that impossible-to-please
