elebration of life&rdquo\; that transcends many different emotions\, feeli
ngs and purposes related to ethnic\, religious\, family & civic festivals\
, parties and events as well as celebratory features in nature. The abstra
ct expressionism and the realistic artworks presented in the exhibit encou
rage visitors to be aware of why and when they celebrate and how exuberant
feelings are aroused and manifested in their minds and spirits and then p
 ortrayed through actions. &ldquo\;Explosive energy&rdquo\; and excitement\
, encouraged by music and food\, generally invoke grand feelings of enthus
iasm\, joy and bliss but they can also awaken a inner consciousness and &l
dquo\;memories&rdquo\; to support new actions on a personal or communal le
vel. The exhibit also includes images of several popular public celebrat
ions in Allston and Brighton\, including the annual Allston-Brighton Parad
e\, the Brian Honan 5K Run/Walk\, the Post Parade Party in the Park and th
