 on Classical Orchestra\, Steven Lipsitt Music Director\, presents a family
  Christmas concert at the Strand Theatre in Upham's Corner\, Dorchester.  
 This highly esteemed\, fully professional orchestra will be joined by the 
 Pope John Paul II Catholic Academy Choir\, two string ensembles from that 
 school\, and by Boston City Singers.  Hosting the event will be Kim McLari
 n\, novelist\, assistant professor at Emerson College\, and regular commen
 tator on WGBH-TV's Basic Black\, Boston's longest-running weekly news prog
 ram focusing on African-American themes.\n\nStart time: 7 pm
