 d to continue its High School Open Rehearsal program for the 2010-2011 sea
 son. Students will become a part of the rehearsal experience during these 
 in-depth morning sessions. The day begins at 9:30am with a discussion give
 n by a BSO musician\, featured composer\, or conductor. This is followed b
 y an insider's view of an actual BSO rehearsal during which students will 
 hear and view the conductor from the point of view of the orchestra\, thro
 ugh a special on-stage screen. Students will gain a better understanding o
 f how the orchestra strives to refine its performance by occasionally repe
 ating passages or focusing on a particular movement. The end result will b
 e a greater understanding of the rehearsal process\, as well as an appreci
 ation of the effort and talent needed to refine a performance.\n\nStart ti
