 This engaging four-week series is designed to teach children ages 7 to 10 
 a little bit about foreign cuisines as they learn how to navigate their wa
 y around the kitchen Participants will learn some typical meals from Italy
 \, France\, China and Mexico.  Children will learn all the basic kitchen s
 kills: reading and understanding recipes\; measuring and prepping ingredie
 nts\; kitchen and food safety\; and the satisfaction of savoring the fruit
 s of their labor. They will be encouraged to share what they have learned 
 through take-home recipes and samples. The fee for all four weeks is $112\
 , and includes all materials\, recipes and doggy bags!\n\nStart time: Mond
