 w\, Andy Warhol: Good for the Jews? at the Leventhal-Sidman JCC (333 Nahan
 ton Street) in Newton on Saturday\, May 7 at 8pm and Sunday\, May 8 at 2pm
 . Kornbluth considers the enigmatic pop artist's commissioned paintings of
  ten Jewish luminaries &ndash\; including Albert Einstein\, George Gershwi
 n\, Golda Meir\, Sigmund Freud and the Marx Brothers &ndash\; while uncove
 ring his own religious identity and the spiritual dimensions of Warhol's a
 rt. The show is written by Josh Kornbluth in collaboration with David Dowe
 r\, director. Based in San Francisco\, Kornbluth is well known for his aut
 obiographical\, lighthearted monologues in the style of Eric Bogosian\, Li
 ly Tomlin and Spalding Gray.  He performs internationally\; his filmed wor
 ks include Haiku Tunnel\, Red Diaper Baby\, and Love and Taxes. The show i
 s part of the Ryna Greenbaum JCC Performing Arts Series. Post-performance 
 discussion about the play and Andy Warhol with Kornbluth and Institute of
