 s for Occupy 539\, a unique platform for artists to engage with audience t
 hrough public art projects that explore ways in which people congregate an
 d linger in public spaces. Artists are invited to submit proposals for a t
 emporary public art project that will be exhibited on the BCA Plaza campus
  for Summer 2011 (July through October).\n\nArtists from the Greater Bosto
 n area and New England are invited to apply for a $1\,500 stipend to devel
 op\, produce and install the public artwork. The stipend includes costs fo
 r shipping\, construction and additional support for installation into con
 sideration. Proposals for a site-specific temporary artwork should reflect
  the artist's concerns and simultaneously explore the many ways in which t
 he flow of public traffic is transformed. Non-traditional media is welcome
