 aging scenes for the camera that feature dolls\, dollhouses\, and other to
 y objects since the 1970s. Simmons' interest in creating and photographing
  small self-contained worlds that often touch on themes of nostalgia and m
 emory echoes Feininger's practice of recording miniature wooden villages\,
  model yachts\, and mannequins in shop windows.\n\nArtisTalk is a new six-
 part series of lectures by and conversations with some of today's most tho
 ught-provoking artists. Artistic practice is an essential form of intellec
 tual inquiry and cultural critique. Contemporary artists have much to say 
 and much to teach about the complex world in which we live.\n\nThe spring 
 series will feature three contemporary photographers whose work recalls di
 fferent aspects of Lyonel Feininger's photography\, which will be the subj
 ect of a special exhibition in the Sackler Museum March 30&ndash\;June 2\,
  2012\n\nLimited complimentary parking at Broadway Garage\, 7 Felton Stree
 t.\n\nThis series was made possible in part by generous support from the E
 mily Rauh Pulitzer and Joseph Pulitzer Jr. Fund for Modern and Contemporar
 y Art\, Harvard Art Museums.\n\nThe M. Victor Leventritt Fund was establis
 hed through the generosity of the wife\, children\, and friends of the lat
 e M. Victor Leventritt\, Harvard Class of 1935. The purpose of the fund is
  to present outstanding scholars of the history and theory of art to the H
