  for the Arts is pleased present an exclusive showing of a 45-minute docum
 entary\, Forbidden Kyoto: An Encounter with Green Tea\, filmed in Kyoto\, 
 Japan for the Japanese National Broadcasting Corporation.  It features Eme
 rson Umbrella artist Richard Milgrim\, who for the last 30 years has split
  his time between the U.S. and Japan.\n\nThe program explores many of the 
 innermost aspects of the &ldquo\;Way of Tea\,&rdquo\; and gives us an up-c
 lose look at an 800-year old ritual tea offering as performed by Dr. Gensh
 itsu Sen\, the 15th generation Grand Master of the Urasenke Tea Tradition.
  We are also given the rare privilege of a visit to Dr. Sen's personal hom
 e\, a 400-year-old tea complex registered as an Important Cultural Propert
 y and one of the most sacred inner sanctums of the tea world that is close
