 ity Vocals International Championship of A Cappella is the only internatio
 nal tournament that showcases the art of student a cappella singing. Hoste
 d by Berklee's own award-winning group\, Pitch Slapped\, young vocalists h
 ave the opportunity to showcase their talent to an international audience 
 and develop relationships with each other\, cultivating the art of a cappe
 lla singing and a lifelong love of music.\n\nPrograms include both the Int
 ernational Championship of Collegiate A Cappella (ICCA) and the Internatio
 nal Championship of High School A Cappella (ICHSA)\, and both are dedicate
 d to providing top-notch collegiate a cappella groups with valuable feedba
 ck from our highly qualified judges. \n\nEach year\, the tournament takes 
 place from January through April in six regions: West\, Midwest\, South\, 
 Mid-Atlantic\, Northeast\, and Europe. Each region holds several quarterfi
 nal events. The top two college groups at each quarterfinal advance to col
 lege semifinals\, and the top high school group advances to high school se
 mifinals. The winner of each semifinal is invited to participate in finals
 \, held in the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts\, where they compete
  for cash prizes and the coveted title of Grand Champion.\n\n\nCompetitors
