 ue viola\, and has appeared in major concert halls from North America to J
 apan and Austria\, including New York's Carnegie Hall\, Boston's Symphony 
 Hall\, Izumi Hall in Japan\, and the Banff Centre in Canada. Her work in c
 hamber music and early music settings has led to a recent appearance as a 
 guest artist with the Avalon String Quartet (former winners of the Fischof
 f Competition)\, as well as performances with members of ensembles such as
  the Emerson and Muir String Quartets\, Boston Baroque\, and Handel and Ha
 ydn Society. Her extensive work in period instrument (Baroque) ensembles h
 as led to her developing workshops that introduce students of any level to
  Baroque style\; she has given these presentations around the country\, mo
 st recently at Suzuki institutes in San Diego and Washington\, D.C.\n\nSta
