 m welcomes ages 4 to 17. As students gain experience\, they build skills a
 nd familiarity with tools and materials. Younger children start with hand 
 tools and small projects\; continuing students undertake more complex proj
 ects\, gaining appreciation for wood as a creative medium. Teens advance t
 o shop etiquette\, milling\, joinery\, layout and basic power tools. \n\nE
 ach class incorporates beginners and experienced students\, with new proje
 cts each session. Small classes allow for ample individual attention. All 
 classes emphasize safety and the pleasure of making things and completing 
 them to take home. Materials are provided for small projects\; for larger 
 projects\, instructors will advise students to bring their own. Parents ar
