 o completed her Masters program\, she was confident that she would find he
 r way into a full-time job. What she didn't expect was to be a first-hand 
 victim of the economic recession. Like many others\, she applied endlessly
  for jobs\, receiving rejection after rejection.\n\nTo find a creative sol
 ution to the pains of full-time job-hunting\, and with no formal training 
 in illustration or writing\, she began the creation of her semi-autobiogra
 phical 'children's book for grown-ups': the misadventures of a cute\, cart
 oon recently-graduated young rabbit applying for jobs in Animal World.\n\n
 Join us as we host Lexington High School alum Christina Mercado as she exp
 lores the ups and downs of job hunting in her animal picture book memoir.
