 tionally recognized touring artist. As a performer\, composer\, educator a
 nd activist she has the\nunique ability to deeply move people of all ages\
 , to forge connections and understanding and to use her extraordinary\nmus
 ical gifts\, passion and commitment to community to create social change.
 \nPeri's music and message of tikkun olam have been heard throughout the U
 S\, Canada\, England\, Singapore and Israel. She\nwas the Artist-in-Reside
 nce at the World Union for Progressive Judaism's international Connections
  Conference in Israel\n(2009) and at the Limmud Conference in the UK. She 
 has appeared as headline performer at numerous URJ National Biennial\nConv
 entions and CAJE conferences. In 2007 Peri was commissioned to compose a n
 ew piece of music to celebrate\nthe release of The Torah: A Women's Commen
 tary.. She has also been a visiting artist-educator at the Reform movement
 's\nsummer camps and has served as visiting faculty at the Hava Nashira Na
