 ciety of Art.  First held in 1988\, this two week-long event begins on Sun
 day\, May 20th when more than 50 artists will set out to the streets of Bo
 ston to paint scenes of the city.  By the end of the day\, the artists arr
 ive at the gallery having completed their 'fresh' creations.  Pieces are f
 amed\, hung\, and displayed in the gallery for two weeks\, until the final
  gala event on June 2nd\, when all of the pieces will be auctioned for sal
