 on of the Boston Urban Music Festival is to lend a voice to local artists 
 outside the mainstream by providing them with an outlet for artistic expre
 ssion. The concert will also feature a nationally known headliner who has 
 brought this type of music to national stages. \n\nThis year's headliner i
 s Outasight\, an American singer and rapper from Yonkers\, New York. Thoug
 h he is considered a Pop artist\, he draws influence from other genres suc
 h as hip hop\, classic rock and soul\, and describes his music as 'Energet
 ic hip hop mixed with melodic soul.&rdquo\; \n\nThere will also be perform
 ances by the Bad Rabbits\, Phil Ade and several other local groups. Check
