 rthur children's book character and television series\, visits Lesley Univ
 ersity on Thursday\, November 15\, as part of the Strauch-Mosse Visiting A
 rtists Lecture series.\nThe famous author and illustrator is also the exec
 utive producer of the television series Arthur\, which has won six Emmy Aw
 ards and is the most-watched children's show on PBS.\nDuring his presentat
 ion at Lesley\, Brown will discuss his creative process\, share new work\,
  explain the process of adapting books to television\, and give his observ
 ations on the state of children's books.\nHe will speak at 7 p.m. on Thurs
 day\, November 15 in Washburn Auditorium on Lesley's Brattle Campus\, 10 P
 hillips Place\, Cambridge\, MA 02138. This event is free and open to the p
