  tech-savvy Kitchen will preface the performance with a short video he has
  created to explicate the Sonatas. Kitchen's engagement with technology is
  well-known and ranges from his leading the Borromeo Quartet to adopt lapt
 ops instead of music stands and printed music to the creation of a distanc
 e learning curriculum called Mathemusica that helps young students learn b
