 isual artist\, and is the great-grandson of Robert Flaherty\, considered t
 o be &ldquo\;the father of documentary.' Van Ingen works primarily in vide
 o\, film\, installation and performance art.  This exceptional event combi
 nes a screening of Van Ingen's tantalizing short film Fokus\, with the vir
 tually never-screened sound version of  Moana\, the documentary shot by Fl
 aherty as a silent film in 1926 in Samoa and later meticulously dubbed by 
 his daughter Monica.
