 007\, this one-act comedic opera is a &ldquo\;riff on Machiavelli's La Man
 dragola\, and on the zarzuela style\,&rdquo\; in which a young man will re
 sort to any means as he desperately seeks the love of a seemingly virtuous
  young married woman.    Presented as part of the 13th annual Fall Fringe 
 Festival. The School of Music Opera Institute and School of Theatre are on
 ce again joining forces to present a series of operas\, plays\, and recita
 ls in a 90-seat black box venue in this celebration of eclectic and contem
 porary works. \nThis year's Festival runs October 9 &ndash\; November 1 an
