 rt Center in Newton is pleased to announce EXTRAORDINARY: Puppetry\, Story
 telling\, & Spirit.  Whether created by individuals or a collective of art
 ists\, the striking combination of puppets\, paintings\, illustrations\, a
 nd prints on view will show a diversity of ways in which puppetry and stor
 ytelling are powerful modes of spirited expression &ndash\; personal\, pol
 itical\, cultural\, and social. See ordinary materials used to create extr
 aordinary objects\, stories\, and performances in the work of Ashley Bryan
 \, Bread & Puppet Theatre\, Ballard Institute & Museum of Puppetry\, Jeff 
 Sias\, Donald Saaf\, and Julia Zanes. There will be interactive spaces wit
 hin the galleries where people can create puppets\, stories\, and pictures
 \, as well as places for visitors to display and perform their work.\n\nSt
