Join Chef/Owner Antonio Bettencourt of 62 Restaurant & Wine Bar at the Boston Center for Adult Education (BCAE) on Thursday, November 11th, 2010 from 6:00PM-9:00PM for “Spuntini: Small Bites,” a crash course on making these small-bite delights.  =0D=0A==0D=0A=Chef Bettencourt will teach students how to make dishes such as: arborio rice fritters with mozzarella over tomato and basil confit, braised pork belly with cider agrodolce and spicy red cabbage salad, and polpette (southern Italian meatballs).
