Their friendship resulted in Mr. Craig publicly renouncing the Klan in a press conference. Ms. Clayton, creator of the internationally televised Trumpet Awards for outstanding African Americans, will also be featured in an Amity Keynote panel during the conference in partnership with Mr. Craig's daughter, Gail Craig Mayes, and in an Amity Sector Keynote. Both Ms. Clayton and Ms. Mayes will be present at the play's premiere.=0D=0A==0D=0A=This original play is by celebrated actor, director, and playwright, Jacqui Parker.
