The blues musician who hails from Italy will join a list of talented artists performing for free every Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. through September 7, weather permitting. Hailing from Carpi, a small town in Northern Italy, Socha is anything but a typical blues musician. =0D=0A==0D=0A=Originally a classical musician, Socha discovered blues after he began studying with Enrico Zanella, Socha's teacher at Musicology, a small music school in Modena, Italy. In 2008, Socha attended a Berklee in Italy program at the Umbria Jazz Festival, where he was awarded a full scholarship to attend the Berklee College of Music Five-Week Summer Performance Program after performing for a panel of Berklee representatives. During his summer at Berklee, Socha won many accolades including a full-tuition scholarship to continue his studies at Berklee as a full-time college student. Socha's influences include Mississippi John Hurt, Muddy Waters, B.B. King, and Lightening Hopkins. &nbsp;=0D=0A=0D=0AStart time:12:30 p.m.
