'This is embodied in The Mildred's Lane Project and The Mildred Complex(ity), which encompasses working-living-researching with a pedagogical strategy and is co-evolving a rigorous engagement with every aspect of life&hellip; Being is my practice.&rdquo;=0D=0A==0D=0A=J. Morgan Puett was born in Hahira, Georgia in 1957. She Received her MFA from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Her work is most innovative in the realm of social practices at the intersections of fine art, architecture, and the fashion system applying history, biology, economy, and philosophy. She was the 2004 recipient of Anonymous Was A Woman Award and recently awarded the 2009 Smithsonian Institution Artist Research Fellowship.=0D=0A==0D=0A=Puett is a guest speaker in the Art Talks lecture series, part of the MFA in Visual Arts Program at The Art Institute of Boston at Lesley University.=0D=0A=0D=0AStart time:7 to 9 p.m.
