This unique environment also offers lessons on survival and adaptation, as well as crucial lessons on the health of the overall ocean. Join us as we go on a journey of adventure and discovery with David Gallo, Director of Special Projects at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution.=0D=0A==0D=0A=Dr. Gallo has worked with James Cameron and Robert Ballard to explore the Titanic, done pioneering mapping of the ocean floor using manned submersible vehicles and robots, and captured many of the astonishing creatures of the deep ocean on film.
