In one evening you will learn about the history and process behind creating beautiful blown glass ornaments at the New Street Glass Studio. After safety and studio etiquette are discussed, students will watch a brief demonstration and make their very own spherical holiday ornament from Boro-Silicate glass. Students will choose their own colors and will be guided through the steps from cutting tubes, to blowing the bubble, to applying a glass loop for hanging. No experience necessary.
