Wander the galleries at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, explore the Emerald Necklace (binoculars included!), build your own kite and fly it indoors, draw and create paintings and street art, and listen to musical performances by Zili Misik, Boston Arts Academy's Junktronic, DJ Berbere and so much more, all for FREE! The Fenway Alliance is the heart of the newly established Fenway Cultural District (Est. March, 20, 2012), and we welcome everyone to join us as we officially start the day at 10:00 AM on the Christian Science Plaza in Boston, located near the intersection of the Avenue of the Arts (Huntington Ave.) and the Avenue of Music (Mass. Ave.). Special guest speakers, performances by the Boston Children's Chorus, and Mayor Menino will kick-off the festivities.
