The talk will include a provocative discussion of when General Ulysses S. Grant issued an order to expel Jews from their homes in the midst of the Civil War and the later political reverberations it may have caused.=0D=0A=The program is a Ryna Greenbaum JCC Boston Jewish Book Fair event. A free film screening of Jewish Soldiers in Blue and Gray will take place at the JCC at 1pm the same day.
