Her instrument of choice for accompaniment is her acoustic six-string guitar. She is a classically trained flautist, as well as a jazz pianist, guitarist and vocalist. Horan has accompanied legendary jazz and rhythm and blues greats such as Lew Soloff and Ernie Watts on both piano and voice during her high school career.
