Family Zumba is similar to the popular Zumba group fitness class but is slowed down just slightly and includes easy-to-follow movements. The class is offered on Sundays from January 13 until February 10 from 11-11:45am. No experience necessary. Open to the entire community. Cost is $100. Price includes all family members ages 10 and over. A free trial Family Zumba class will be offered at the JCC's Fitness Open House on Sunday, January 6 from 11-11:45am.
