After a lifetime of exile, Orestes returns to his childhood home of Argos to find it plagued by heat, terror, and decay. His sister is a slave, his mother barely a shadow, and his father's murderer still sits on the throne. What is everyone in Argos so afraid of? Why do they all wear black? Where do all these flies come from? Join visiting professional director Geordie Broadwater as he reimagines Jean-Paul Sartre's reimagining of a classic Greek story. One part western, one part horror, one part existential crisis, 'The Flies” asks: would you rather have purpose or freedom?
