Students will play assorted percussion instruments, including snare drum, drum set, hand drums, marimba, mallets, bells and shakers. The class is an excellent foundation for students preparing to start lessons on any instrument. Current students will quickly improve their rhythmic skills.

Experience the fun of ensemble playing and the excitement of recording. Over the course of twelve hours, students will rehearse and record a four-song CD, drawing on a variety of musical styles. Novice, intermediate and advanced ensembles are available. Placement is determined by prior evaluations.
