Learn the basics of fine finishing, including French polish, wax and oil, and more. See how different finishes alter the color of wood, and how to finish both flat and joined surfaces. An introduction to basic techniques of inlay and marquetry, broken down step by step. Marquetry embellishes wooden structures with decorative patterns cut from veneer of different colors and values.
