Audience favorite presented in a brand new production. The director/designer team was praised for its collaborations on "Dialogues of the Carmelites" and "Patience" at New York City Opera and Glimmerglass Opera. Neither long-time nor first-time audience members should miss the stellar new cast of rising stars or the high quality touch that BLO is known for giving to Mozart classics.       One wants to give 4-5 stars for the voices & the orchestra, and their synchrony, in a realization of the score. What diminishes the production is the directorial concept -- basically, this archetypal... Expand
