Comprised of American guitarist Nick Zammuto and Dutch cellist Paul de Jong, The Books create an emotionally resonant mix of electronica, folk, and minimalist classical music accompanied by projected videos. Their songs incorporate samples of found sounds, speech and field recordings to both humorous and poignant effect.
