arsenalARTS presents The Cupcake Philharmonic Orchestra, a Massachusetts-based chamber ensemble, performing a FREE concert of the children's classic "Tubby the Tuba, The Oompah Heard. The Cupcake Philharmonic Orchestra members include Eli Newberger, doctor, musician (piano/tuba) and author, Mike Roylance, principal tuba with the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Carolyn Newberger, flute and piccolo, Annie Rabbat, violin, and Yael Rubinstein, cello, (both New England Conservatory graduate students).
