African-American Patriots Tour - Freedom Trail

Hear the rarely-told stories of 18th century African-American residents of Boston who played an important role in the success of the American Revolution. Visitors hear the historic events of Crispus Attucks and others who played a significant role in the country's formation. Tales of intrigue and bravery, poetry and defiance by black Bostonians will unfold during the new 90-minute tour of the Freedom Trail. Tours offered during Black History Monty (Jan. 22-Feb.28, 2009 Thurs-Sunday at 12:00 pm.) The tour departs from the Visitor Information Center on Boston Common. The tour is also available by reservation from small and large groups. (minimum cost of $125).
Tours are outdoors on the streets of the Freedom Trail. 90 minutes long.
